ABOUT
The Financial Director is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management and internal financial controls. The role supports senior management and the Board with accurate financial information, disciplined planning and effective allocation of financial resources.
The Financial Director also works closely with external auditors, regulators, banks and business units to ensure strong financial governance, transparency and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
