Tycoon Investments Holding traces its origins to the establishment of Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment, an Egyptian financial investment company founded in 1996 in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing capital market activities in Egypt.
Since its establishment, the company has operated as a listed entity on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), adhering to the listing, disclosure, and reporting requirements applicable to publicly traded companies.
In early 2026, and following the completion of the required corporate actions and regulatory procedures, the company’s name was changed from Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment to Tycoon Investments Holding.
The name change reflects the company’s position as an investment holding company and aligns its corporate identity with its ownership structure, while maintaining continuity in its legal status, regulatory obligations, and commitments to shareholders.
The change of name does not affect the company’s legal obligations, listing status, or shareholders’ rights.

ACQUISITION BY TYCOON HOLDING
Tycoon Holding became the controlling shareholder of the company, providing a stronger strategic vision, expanded resources, and a long-term investment approach while maintaining the company’s regulatory obligations and market position.
